Hello Friends!
We saw Abigail this evening and she was down to a 1/4 flow canyala! Yahoo! And she was at 21% oxygen, same as room air, yahoo again! Her breathing has just improved so much in the past week. We thank you for your prayers because we know God has been faithful in answering. You all have been such a blessing to us!
They ultrasounded her liver and ran some blood work because her bilirubin is still a bit high so her liver isn't functioning as it should. However, the doctor thinks that it is from a medication they gave her and that it will resolve itself on its own now that she isn't on it but he wanted to be safe. No word back on the results of that or the GI consult now. I can't tell you how many poop consistancy conversations I have had with people lately (with the nurses, family and friends checking in), it is really funny when you think about how your world changes that poop is a familiar topic of conversation!
Well, I think that is about all for now. I love the picture in the next post where Abigail is kind of smiling while Scott is holding her. She is so precious!

I love these pictures. Abigail is looking better each day, and stronger and BIGGER!!! I am proud of both of you with each of your firsts!!! Aren't you so glad there are nurses close by so you can ask questions? You will feel so much more confident when you all are home. I can't wait for that day:) You all continue to be in my prayers!
The pictures keep on getting better and better, just like Abigail. She is looking better in every picture. Praise the Lord!! It is awesome to hear that her lungs are doing better. Go Abigail Go!! I can't wait until the day she is able to come home. What a glorious day that will be. You all are in our prayers. We love you.
