If you get any closer with that camera, I'm gonna punch you right in the nose!

Little miss pretty eyes.

I love my binky.

Happy Nanna and Abigail!

Well, Abigail is back on the 1 liter cannula at about 30% oxygen. She has been doing better as far as the breathing goes, probably due to the transfusion and the diuretics. They are supplementing with the minerals due to the diuretics so hopefully they can keep a good balance so she can get stronger.

Nanna came into town Saturday and got to hold Abigail for a while. We were so glad that she got to do so. At one point watching Mom hold her I thought about the time when I was in Abigail's position. I guess I was two months premature, if you can believe that now. It amazes me that in just a split second I could have a thought that seemed to last forever. I know that Mom understands what it is like to go through all of this and she had two of her kids in the NICU. We are so grateful to God that through His love, mercy and grace He chose our parents for us. They have established such a legacy to leave to all of us. It is a privilege and a responsibility to be able to follow them and to raise Abigail with their example. I just hope that we will have the strength, patience and love to follow their example and to add to the legacy that was started through them.

We will have the grandparents on speed dial so don't be surprised when you get a call at 3am with us frantically asking how to do something involving Abigail. We may start calling you that early before she comes home so you get used to it.

Cheryl and I would like to join or start a bible study but with all of the circumstances we don't know what the best route would be. Please pray for wisdom as to how to approach it.

Thank you everyone for all you have done for us.
We love you.
Scott, Cheryl and Abigail

It was blissful to finally get to hold and cuddle with our tiny treasure. She is such a dream. We as Grandparents have had to be extremely patient for our Abigail's sake, and never have we not understood why we had to be, but I have to tell you, it can pull your heart out. I know, I speak for Grandma Connie [Grandpa,Dzia Dzia] in this. I was thrilled to see G-Grandma Maberry had the privilage, and Abigail looked right at home in her arms.I know it has been extra hard on Grandma Connie, as it is her first, but I have noooo doubt she will catch wayyyy up! LOL Love You All, Nanna
