Abigail falling asleep before her bottle is finished
Getting burped!
Hope everyone is getting around safely with all this snow!
Abigail is doing well, she was quite tired and stopped taking bottles last night around 9pm but took her 3pm bottle today quite well. Might be because of the lasix this weekend, made her feel good at first to get rid of all those fluids, but it over flushed her and is now tired. They are going to wait until Thursday then do blood work again to test her sodium and potassium (which bottomed out from the lasix). If those are back up they will put her on a chronic diuretic. A chronic diuretic is less harsh than lasix and works slower. It also does not rid the body of sodium, potassium, or calcium like lasix. She will most likely come home on the diuretic and oxygen is still up in the air, but at this point I would be surprised if she didn't come home on oxygen. The doctor said today we might be looking at about 2 weeks for her coming home. Wow!
Be safe everyone!

We love being able to come here and see Abigail! It's nice to see everyone who participates in her life so far, and we would like to thank everyone who has contributed their thoughts and prayers and have helped Scott and Cheryl through an emotional, but an ever so rewarding time. It has helped all of us. We all are very grateful to have had all of you there. We love you all, Nanna & Dzia Dzia
