Abigail's favorite thing...
The ceiling fan!!
Well, Uncle Chris knows babies! Abigail has been in love with the ceiling fans for awhile now, so we saved her FAVORITE thing to stare at for last. Why is it that babies love the blades, for Abigail they don't even have to be moving and she just stares and stares. I wonder if it is the contrasting colors of the brown blades and white ceiling. Developmentally, Abigail is doing well. She follows objects with her eyes, clasps her hands at her chest, listens to you talk, coos minimally at this point, and has pretty decent head control. Dr. Sorauf was happy with all the things she is doing. (oh, yeah, we are too!!!!!)

i've been wondering what those pieces of tape are for on the side of her head.
but she's cute as always.
They are to hold her nasal canyala, that she isn't wearing. However, we leave the stickers on a lot because they stick to well to the skin and are hard to pull off. Then that way if we put her oxygen back on, they are already there and we don't have to peel them off, put them on, peel them off, put them on. (We were forced to do that for a few days when they sent us the wrong size canyala and her little face became so irritated on one side it even bled a little :( )
